Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
These terms and conditions govern your attendance at Bachata Movement events, including dance classes and social dancing. By purchasing a ticket or attending, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Age Restrictions
Attendance is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required at the door.

3. Tickets and Payment

  • Event tickets and courses must be purchased in advance through our designated platforms.

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • In the event that Bachata Movement cancels or reschedules an event or class, ticket holders will be notified and offered a full refund of that event, or class (by pro-rata) or the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date.

  • No refunds will be issued for tickets or courses unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

5. Health and Safety

  • All participants must adhere to any Health and Safety Policy in place for each event or class.

  • Bachata Movement reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed to be a risk to themselves or others.

6. Conduct

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward fellow attendees, instructors, and staff.

  • Harassment or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event or class without a refund.

7. Alcohol Policy

  • Participants must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol.

  • Bachata Movement promotes responsible drinking.

8. Photography and Videography

  • By attending, you consent to the recording of your image and likeness. These recordings may be used for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff.

9. Liability

  • Bachata Movement is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during events or classes.

  • Participants attend at their own risk and should ensure they are fit to participate.

10. Venue Policies

  • Attendees must comply with any additional policies or regulations set by the event venue.

  • Please respect the venue’s facilities and leave them as you found them.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Bachata Movement reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
